Promoting excellence in government means helping governments and community leaders
lay a foundation for economic growth and job creation. Our workforce development services
range from customized technical assistance to training and research. We assist communities
as they plan for the future and increase their capacity so that they can build a strong
workforce to meet employer needs. This work includes state entities, local governments,
non-profit organizations, educational institutions at all levels and employers. We
pride ourselves in upholding similar partnerships with virtually all entities that
play a role in workforce development across the state of Georgia. Below is a list
of some of our most common services.

Workforce System Design and Community CollaborationWe provide strategic consultation, analysis, project management and facilitation to state, regional and local workforce development initiatives. Workforce planning requires bringing together a variety of stakeholders including local employers, WIOA partners, post-secondary education, K-12 and CTAE, and others in the community. These community collaboratives then work to identify development goals and set implementation plans for achieving them. |
